Founded in 2000 in Selma, NC, Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is now a leading multi-specialty dental organization in the Southeast. Now headquartered in Cary, NC, Riccobene partners with dentists and specialists who value their team and exceptional patient care.

Chief Executive Officer
Founded Riccobene in 2000, Doctor Riccobene had a vision to provide the highest quality service to patients across general and specialty care. He is a cultural leader who created The Riccobene Way and has built the leadership and culture of Riccobene for 20+ years.

Lorri joined in 2021, bringing expertise building and managing teams who provide best-in-class customer and employee experience. She is a day-to-day and operations leader with 20+ years of experience in healthcare operations spanning acute care, long-term care, outpatient, and retail healthcare

John joined Riccobene in 2023, bringing top-tier experience and financial expertise to the business as it grows 2-3x over the next few years. John leads strategic oversight and guidance for the Company’s finance, accounting, & corporate development operations.

Heba joined Riccobene in 2016, bringing organizational leadership and human resources expertise to the platform. She supports overall administration, operations, and strategic vision while leading personnel matters.

Antoinette joined Riccobene in 2017 with nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership, business development and practice building experience. She manages operations on the Coast, oversees marketing department, and serves as a strategic partner to other departments throughout the organization.

Peyton joined Riccobene in 2019, bringing expertise in strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and capital budgeting to the platform. He supports companywide growth and development through acquisitions, de novos and same store expansions.

Line joined Riccobene in 2019, bringing a previous 16 years of regulatory experience as the Senior Investigator with the NC State Board of Dental Examiners. With 20+ years of experience in dental regulation, he supports the organization in staying current and compliant with required rules and laws.

Migual joined Riccobene in 2018 with over 20 years of experience working in, owning, and leading dental practices of various types. Licensed in NC, SC, and VA. Develops and company-wide clinical standards while supporting strategies and objectives for clinical performance that align with the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Community Involvement
Community involvement is core to The Riccobene Way
The company makes concerted efforts to support dental hygiene in underserved communities, including annual Free Day of Dentistry and dental care “goodie bags” provided quarterly.
Riccobene hosts an annual charitable day of dentistry to disadvantaged communities, called Riccobene Smiles on Us, Free Day of Dentistry.

A Help Line poster in each office allows employees to reach out anonymously for support, and the Company sponsors crisis counseling and support through a 3rd party vendor.
